26th August 2025 - Climavent Delivers Custom Dust Extraction Bench for Local Manufacturer

Climavent has recently completed the installation of a dust extraction bench for a local company specialising in powder handling, flexible packaging, and fluid management.

The system features a 4-metre-wide downdraught bench that can be divided into four independent sections, allowing multiple operators to work simultaneously. The bench is connected to a reverse jet filtration unit and centrifugal fan via a fully integrated ductwork system.

An ABB inverter and control panel complete with pressure transmitter continuously monitors system pressure and automatically adjusts motor speed based on the number of active users, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and consistent extraction performance.
