27th April 2026 - Climavent Completes Self-Supporting 14m Exhaust Stack Installation for German Coatings Company

As part of a recent project for a specialist German coatings company, Climavent has successfully designed, manufactured, and installed a bespoke metal spray booth complete with a 14-metre self-supporting exhaust stack and steel support structure.

The 800mm diameter high-level stack was engineered to be completely self-supporting, as it could not be secured to the existing building structure. Climavent’s in-house design team developed a robust and efficient solution to ensure stability, performance, and compliance with safety standards.

The structure also ensured that the top of the stack terminated 3m above the highest point of the roof to comply with local regulations.

This installation showcases Climavent’s ability to deliver complex, tailored dust and fume extraction systems for challenging industrial environments — from design and manufacture through to full installation and commissioning.
