Climavent has successfully designed, manufactured, and installed a custom-built metal spray booth for a leading specialist coatings company in Germany.

The high-performance booth features a robust acoustic construction and an L-shaped motorised sliding door for easy access and noise control. It is equipped with a powerful 30,000m³/hr dust filtration system and 14-metre self-supported exhaust stack to comply with local regulatory standards.

Designed entirely in-house, the system includes a fully automated start and stop procedure, providing both a safe and simple operation.

The booth was installed and commissioned by Climavent’s experienced engineering team, demonstrating the company’s full turnkey capability in delivering tailored spray booth solutions.
