Climavent has recently completed the installation of a dust extraction system for a leading UK-based supplement and capsule manufacturer.

The system includes a 1.5-metre-wide stainless steel back draught bench with integrated weigh scales and a stainless steel enclosure with access door, all connected to a reverse jet filtration unit and centrifugal fan through a fully integrated ductwork system.

All designed and manufactured in house by our skilled engineers.

The combination of partial and full enclosures with high system performance ensures optimal operator protection throughout the process.

Following installation, the system was commissioned, demonstrated, and supported with comprehensive operator and maintenance training, ensuring safe and efficient operation from day one.
