28th November 2025 - Climavent Completes New Thermal Spray Extraction System Installation.

Climavent is proud to announce the successful completion of a Thermal Spray Extraction System installation for a long-standing customer in South Wales. This latest project reinforces our ongoing commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance extraction solutions for industrial environments.

The newly installed system features a reverse jet filtration unit complete with a comprehensive explosion protection system, ensuring maximum safety and compliance with current ATEX standards. Designed to serve three thermal spray booths, the system incorporates two diverter valves that enable flexible operation and enhanced efficiency.

A key feature of this installation is the inverter drive control system, configured to operate in two speed modes depending on the booth configuration. This smart control arrangement provides both operational diversity across the three spray booths and built-in redundancy to maintain extraction performance in the event of a failure in the customer’s existing system.

This project highlights Climavent’s ability to design, manufacture, and install bespoke extraction systems that meet the demanding requirements of modern industrial processes.
