RPC Series Reverse Jet Filtration Units

Climavent’s RPC Series Reverse Jet Filtration Units are supplied with horizontally mounted filter elements and work on the down-flow principle. During normal operation, dust laden air enters the unit at high level and is directed downwards through the dust collector. The heavier particulate falls directly into the hopper and finer particles are removed by the cartridge filter. The unique construction, coupled with single valve per cartridge filter cleaning, ensures maximised extraction performance with low filter resistance.

Depending on size, the units are supplied with single or double hoppers with options for manually operated butterfly valves, rotary valves, UN rated drums and IBC bulk bags. In order to prevent overfilling, high level probes are also available.

Climavent's RPC Series can be used in an explosive atmosphere by installing an explosion protection system as specified during the design stage, making the units an ideal solution for the most hazardous of applications.

Centrifugal fans are normally supplied separately to be installed at the side of the filtration units. Alternatively the filter units can be manufactured as fully integral Compact Dust Collectors, offering a more compact solution for extraction within a confined space.
