CV Series Industrial Paint Fume Extraction Units

Climavent's CV Series Mobile Paint Fume Extraction Units are designed to provide extraction for painting within enclosed areas, extracting the VOC’s and transporting back to the filtration unit via flexible hoses.

The unit consists of a centrifugal fan mounted in an acoustic housing, outlet silencer, filter section with G4 rigid filters and 207c – 50kg Carbon filters, 200dia hose connection points and electrical control panel.

They are fitted with spark arrestors on the inlet connections, along with an inverter and a pressure sensor to increase the fan speed when hoses are connected. A VOC monitor is fitted to monitor the condition of the Carbon Filters and will trigger an alarm when these require changing. Airflow indicators on the inlets give a visual indication to the operators that the system is providing the correct flow rate through the hose.

The CV Series Units are a versatile solution to the harsh, arduous environments that surround paint and solvent applications. Supplied with a range of hoses suitable for the largest or most confined spaces and supplied with ATEX CAT II compliant motors, the CV Series have the added option of being designed to suit your specific site requirements.
