HPV Series Confined Space Ventilation Units

The HPV Series Ventilation Units have been specifically designed to provide ventilation in confined spaces predominantly in the shipbuilding industry. They can be supplied as mobile units to sit on the deck of the ship or as static units to allow for fixed ductwork installations.

The HPFV 725 is a forced ventilation unit which utilises a high-pressure centrifugal fan to blow fresh air through hoses of up to 100metres in length, whilst the HPEV 725 is an extraction unit which works on the same principle but in reverse.

Each unit has the capability to connect ten 100metre long hoses which are normally colour coded for differentiation throughout the ship - red hose for extraction, blue hose for forced ventilation. The hoses are typically supplied in 30metre lengths, with a range of hose connectors and manifolds available should other configurations be required.

The units are of robust construction and are supplied as a fully assembled and tested package, only requiring on-site positioning and the connection of an electrical supply.
